Jeg er selv hamrende ensom. Men udefra ser det måske anderledes ud. Jeg bor sammen med min kæreste, jeg har en støttende familie og en relativ stor vennekreds, men jeg er simpelthen så ensom. Jeg er meget syg oppe i hovedet, og det er bare så svært at tale om, og derfor er det oftere bare nemmere at lytte på andre og lukke sit eget hjerte i. Og når det sker, så er det nemt at blive ensom, for der er ingen, der ved, hvordan jeg reelt har det. For følelsen af at være en taber — af ikke at slå til — af at føle sig udenfor gør, at jeg er ensom. På overfladen så alt perfekt ud i mange år, og jeg kæmpede som en gal for at få andre til at kunne lide mig, ud fra en masse normer og værdier, som jeg faktisk slet ikke selv kunne stå ved. Det gjorde mig ensom, fordi jeg ikke var den ægte mig eller tro mod mig selv. Heldigvis fik jeg den rette hjælp, som har givet mig et helt nyt liv. Nu lever jeg ud fra mine egne værdier, og har fået tilføjet nogle nye vidunderlige mennesker til mit liv, som jeg ved elsker mig, for den jeg er. Derfor har jeg faktisk selv valgt at vie mit liv til at hjælpe andre med at finde deres rette jeg og deres kerneværdier. Så de kan leve et gyldent liv og stå ved sig selv.
